Coach was an American television sitcom that aired on ABC for a total of nine seasons from February 28, 1989 to May 14, 1997 and a run of 200 episodes. Each episode was 24 minutes in length.
The series starred, Hayden Fox, played by Craig T. Nelson. He was the head coach of a fictional Division I-A college football team, the Minnesota State University Screaming Eagles. Hayden also had a daughter, Kelly who he worred about constantly, however she moved away and only appeared frequently on certain episodes. Each episodes dealt with daily life of a football coach and issues the players had.
