Widower Tony, a retired baseball player, moves out of Brooklyn to find a better environment for his daughter. He takes on a job in upscale Fairfield, Connecticut as a housekeeper for divorced NY advertising executive Angela and her son. Together they raise their children, with help from Angela’s man-crazy mother.
