What's Happening was an American sitcom television show that aired on ABC for three seasons and from August 5, 1976 to April 28, 1979 and a total run of sixty five episodes each 22-24 minutes in length.  The show was loosely based on the motion picture, "Cooley High" written by Eric Monte.

This show centered around three young black men, Raj, Rerun and Dwayne and what it was like growing up in the inner-city of Los Angeles, California.  Plots center around their trying to get rich quick fast schemes and the trouble they constantly get into and how normally their mother has to get them out of each situation they get in to.
