Dirty Sally was a western comedy/drama which aired on CBS for only one season and 13 episodes in 1974.
This spin-off from a two-part Gunsmoke episode in 1971 is about Sally Fergus, a feisty older woman who wants to go to California to search for gold, and Cyrus Pike, a young gunfighter who Sally had nursed back to health when he was shot.
Sally is rough-spoken and hard-drinking, and the pair are often distracted as they travel across the county by her meddling into the lives of people they meet on the way.
