Honey West was a crime drama series that aired on ABC in black and white for one season from September 17, 1965 to April 8, 1966 and had a total run of thirty episodes.  It starred one of the first female character private detectives to ever be portrayed on television. 
 
The Plot centered around a woman who was a private investigator but also highly attractive and desirable.  She was left the detective agency from her father after he passed away.  Even the most difficult crimes could not stump her capabilities to solve them.  Along with her male partner, 'Sam' the two would work together to solve any crime using a lot of her gimmicks such as a  garter-belt gas mask and tear-gas earrings.
