Get smart was an American television comedy series that ran for 5 seasons and a total of 138 episodes.  The series began on NBC from September 18th, 1965 to April 12th, 1969 and then moved to CBS from September 26th, 1969 to September 11th, 1970.  The series was awarded a total of seven Emmy's.  A total of four films  have been produced along with Get Smart cars developed by ATM who made a model kit of the 1965 Sunbeam Tiger roadster that was driven by the main character Smart in the opening credits.
 
The series was centered around secret agent Maxwell Smart and his partner young agent 99.  They work for a government agency based in Washington D.C.  Together they investigate threats made to the world.  They always manage to save the day in any issue they encounter.
