This animated television series revolves around the main character, Clutch Cargo who is voiced by radio actor, Richard Cotting.  This animated Clutch character was sent around the world on dangerous assignments.  His co-actor friends were, Ward Spinner and a dachshund dog named Paddlefoot.  

A total of 52 adventures were released, each in five minute chapters.
