Live TV comedy show filmed onstage in front of a live audience.  Vaudeville comedian and character actor Ed Wynn entertained each week with his inimitable brand of humor.  Guest stars joined in the frivolity.  These episodes feature comedian Victor Moore, the one and only Buster Keaton (who recreates his first scene in a silent comedy, The Molasses Gig), Elsa Lanchester and Reginald Gardner and The Three Stooges. Buddy Ebsen visits Ed’s pet store in search of an exotic animal and Ed plays a door-to-door salesman who tries to peddle his wares to Beulah (Hattie McDaniel).
