Agent James Bond 007 is on an assignment which entails his old lover, a Chinese agent, and a media mogul. Elliot Carver has high expectations on finishing his universal media corporation. To complete this, he must obtain broadcasting rights in China. This is no good news to Carver, so he plans to start a fight over the British and Chinese waters. Bond teams up with Wai Lin to stop Carver. Little does he know that his old lover is the wife of Carver.
