A race for world power! Secret agents trying to prevent World War III~

The story revolves around a corrupt man by the name of Michael Gold who is sent to persuade Dr. Braun, a laser professional, to get to the United States before the KGB  procure his specialty and a missing diamond to construct a nuclear weapon. The KGB gets to Dr. Braun and kidnaps him. Gold is on a mission to free Dr. Braun and the diamond. Dr. Braun’s daughter Alissa joins Gold to help him and starts to have feelings for her. The duo encounters Col. Kalishnakov, in which they dominate him by running him over with a truck.
