Latin American rebels attack a military base in Puerto Rico, where they take a nuclear bomb, killing a pregnant woman during the assault. Captain Beck is enlisted to capture the rebels and find the bomb. The pregnant woman’s husband goes with Beck, determined to find the guys that killed his wife.
