Max goes straight to hell after he dies in an accident. Barney, the devil makes a proposal to him that if he convinces three innocent children to sell their souls within two months, he may remain on earth. Max takes the offer and is transported back to earth with special powers. He finds his assignment difficult to complete when he meets Tobi, a seven year old boy who wants Max to be the husband of his mother.
