A British lawman is determined to dispose of a cruel dictator in central Africa. He enlists the help of a group of guerrillas in London to rescue the kind leader he wants to be in office from prison. A change of plan occurs when the lawman and cruel dictator get on the same side, leaving the guerrillas to work on their after they successfully rescue the man. Revenge is on their mind.
