The film is set three after the occurrences in “Magnum Force ”. A dangerous terrorist group by the name of The People’s Revolutionary announces they will blow up the city of San Francisco if they do not get paid the money they are asking for. Unconventional police Inspector 'Dirty' Harry Callahan (Clint Eastwood) is once again determined to catch the terrorist group, even though he did not handle his last robbery case as he was supposed to. He has a new partner again, which makes his job a bit more difficult. It’s up to both of them to work well together in order to catch the criminals.
