Latigo is a womanizer who is on the run from an acquisition. He runs into some uncomfortable issues a doctor must see, yet the problems are not acknowledged. He and some men device a plan to imitate an infamous gunfighter in order for him to pay his dues and leaves town before the real gunfighter arrives in town.
