Countess Elisabeth is a devious ruler along with her lover, Captain Dobi, in Medieval Europe.  She is beginning to age and discovers washing in the blood of young girls makes her appear younger.  She sends Dobi to start kidnapping girls for her own benefit and finds that the blood of a virgin is really what she needs.
