Max Flatow is an intelligent delinquent who specializes with home-made explosives. He quickly gets bored with the explosives and flees from his home. He returns seven years later as Max Frost, known as the most famous entertainer of the world. Frost is used as political tactic for Congressman John Fergus to achieve the vote of the young people in his campaign for senator. Frost takes matters into his own hands and runs for president, sweeping his opponent. His first proclamation is to have all the old people reside in 'retirement homes'. There they must take LSD, where there are unconventional results.
