The Thomas Crown Affair trailer 

A risky daytime robbery is successfully made by four men at a bank. They leave the money in a trash can and separate from there. Thomas Crown, a distinguished, rich businessman retrieves the money from the trash. Vickie Anderson begins to investigate the case since she is an insurance investigator and who had knowledge about the bank to pull of the risky robbery. From there she finds out about Crown. She starts to keep close tabs on him, but starts running into him at social gatherings and eventually falls in love with the con man which complicates the decision to arrest him or not.
