Mike is a biker who is coming back from war in Vietnam. He comes back to California and takes advantage of his participation in the war as a hero to create a cool gangster gang. After one of the gang affiliates is shot by the authorities, for he murdered a girl at a party, the war between the police and the bikers begins.
