Grady is a young farm kid who loves music. He is great at playing his guitar and singing. His traditional uncle Kermit does not agree with his love for music and during a stay in town, Grady gambles the family’s money in a poker game, losing all of it. To compensate the money he lost, he unwillingly performs a song for a TV Show. He is immediately thrown into the chaotic world of entertainment, which Kermit is not too thrilled with.
