Professor Michael Armstrong travels to Stockholm with his assistant / fiancée, Sarah Sherman to attend a physics conference. Plans change for Sarah when Michael tells her he will be staying a while longer. Instead of returning home, she follows him and discovers he is traveling to East Germany. The US government cancelled his research project, so he needs some information that only an Eastern German scientist can provide to him.
