Rock Hudson plays an infamous romantic who meets a conventional psychiatrist by the name of Lauren Boullard. Boullard’s lawyer father insists on Hudson’s character to win the heart of the modest woman. At first she detests his advances on her, but soon falls in love with him. They end up getting married with children on the way.
