There are different plots going on in this film such as Harvey Huntington Honeywagon III, a millionaire who is trying to prove his chimp, Clyde, is smarter than American teenagers to his colleague Vivian Clements. Dee Dee becomes part of a love triangle between Frankie and British recording star, the Potato Bug. Eric Von Zipper comes to help Harvey in his anti-teen campaign.
