The film is set in ancient Egypt where an amateur sculptor, Tumos, is in love with Tenet. She is a gorgeous girl whose path is already set for her, for her only devotion should be to the gods as a priestess. Tumos and Tenet are in love with each other and plan on running away to marry each other, but their plans are stopped when the high priest Benakon finds out about their arrangement. He separates the two, having Tenet secluded and Tumos charged for transgressing religious laws. Tumos runs away to the desert to unite with his friend, who will become King one day. The prince helps Tumos with his problems.
