Dr. Decker returns from Africa after a year, after being given up for dead by his acquaintances in London. During the year he was gone he discovered a way of growing plants to big proportions. To test out his new idea, he uses a baby chimpanzee - Konga - and he plans to use Konga to destroy his enemies.  Yet Konga grows even more and causes chaos all over London.
