Collins College is in need of a new leader for their science department. Doctors Carter and Zorch question Thinko, the campus computer. They all decide to go with Dr. Mathilda West, who specializes in many different areas but happens to be gorgeous as well.

However two criminals are trying to find Sam Thinko who is weighing in on the race horse activity. The football team captain is having problems fainting in front of other girls, which interferes with his game. And Admiral McFortune, a contributor of the college , starts to fall for Dr. West, whose secret pass gets close to becoming public.
