Lieutenant Braden is shocked when he learns that the woman he is in love with, Sally, is really getting to know him only to see how well he would do as a U.S. Navy frogman. When he is assigned to a mission where he must trespass into a Japanese island via submarine and take pictures of radio codes, he must forget about everything that happened with Sally.
