This animated feature-length film stars the near-sighted character Mr. Magoo (voiced by Jim Backus). He is cast as the uncle of Aladdin (voiced by Dwayne Hickman) from “Arabian Nights”.  With the help of the genie of the magic lamp (voiced by Herschel Bernardi), Aladdin is pitted against the evil Wazir (voiced by Hans Conried) as they fight for the right to marry the Sultan’s daughter, Yasminda (voiced by Kathryn Grant).
