Strange deaths have started in a small town close to an airbase. During the examination of the dead bodies, it is discovered that the brains and spinal cords are not in the bodies. The only thing left is a mark on their neck. The residents of the town believe that the nuclear clash is to blame for the peculiar deaths.
Jeff Cummings works for the air force as a major and grows apprehensive of Professor Walgate, a British scientist. He happens to reside close by the airbase and has been playing around with telekinesis. He has accomplished his experiment with it, but his experiment has strengthened a malicious being that has fled from him. His new creation starts to create many others just like him, resulting in more deaths. The monsters start becoming noticeable, revealing that they are the brains and spinal cords that were taken from the dead bodies. They are very agile and fast, leaving no chance for their victims. Someone needs to put a stop to the dangerous creatures, or the town will be left desolate.
