Susan Winter goes on an exploration to search for her fiancé, Bruce Barton in a secluded area of Mexico. A rich man named Martin Melville funds her trip since there is a good amount of uranium in the area. A guide and pilot also come along on the trip and problems arise when their plane crashes into a remote valley full of dangerous and mutated creatures.
