Enormous scorpions destroy Mexico City. They have been created by a number of volcanic eruptions. Hank, an American geologist must come to the rescue and put a stop to them. The beginning of the film is set in Mexico City, where gigantic scorpions destroy the city. Volcanic eruptions have released the dangerous creatures from caves. Hank and an American geologist must come up with a plan to stop them.
