Bud and Lou share ownership of the amusement park Kiddieland. Bud, an uncontrollable gambler, finds himself in trouble with the mob. Lou also has problems of his own when he issues arise over the custody of his adopted children. Lou ends up getting framed for murder after he tries to accommodate an arrangement with the DA to help Bud out of making a corrupt deal.
