Lyra the She-Devil, Vargo and Fidel are ivory poachers leading the way to kidnap a native tribe to steal their valuables. Tarzan comes to the rescue, but is then captured.  Jane is also kidnapped and known as dead, so the oppressed Tarzan tolerates a long and vicious suffering. When he realizes that Jane is alive, he recoups his strength and gets his   elephants to help him out with the rescue.
