Dr. Aranya is a crazed scientist with a lab located on the top of a high mesa in Mexico. The Doctor has developed a serum which will transform humans using spider hormones. The females injected become beautiful women, while male subjects transform into hideous looking dwarves. A group of travelers are taken into a secret lair of Aranya by a hypnotized assistant and end up discovering the terrifying experiments. They quickly realize they must escape the clutches of their evil host as well as trying to stop the experiments from continuing.
