Al Marsh, Tony Naylor and Jerry Ralby are Broadway producers, determined to find benefactors.  Al is an heir to a dress salon in Paris along with Stephanie and Clarisse.  They all team up together to persuade the benefactors to help them with a fashion show.  Complications arise when Al and Tony both fall in love with Stephanie, while Al’s girl from New York comes to the scene.
