The film is set in Hollywood during 1950, where Larry O’Brian arrives in Los Angeles as an ambitious producer. He is founder to a motion picture company and purchases an old studio. The office in the studio is where famous director Franklin Farrara was shot. His murder was never solved, but now there are many people suspected of the crime. O’Brian becomes intrigued with the story and decides to make a film about it. As he looks more into the story, he soon finds himself in danger.
