A dangerous and mad horse is on the loose to destroy fine horse on ranches by devious Grant Withers. He does this to scare off the ranchers for his own conservation. Roy Rogers gets a hold of the men behind the plan, yet is all of the sudden contrived by the men. Peter Miles comes to the rescue even though he has a fear with horses, but rides one to save Roy.
