Jake Davis is a sick crewman on a tramp steamer that lands in Oraka. Saloon singer Coral is a voluptuous woman who is about to kicked out for men liking her too much. Her sleazy boss Cognac gets her to stay in order to discover Jake’s secret. She begins to have feelings for Jake.
