Kim is the young son of a British officer, yet is living by himself on the streets of India. He encounters a holy monk and consecrated his life to his serving. His life changes when the British overseers realize who he is and send him to a British school. He feels different from everyone else and is against the regulation expected from him just for being the son of a British officer. They begin to use him as a spy, for he is very connected to Indian life and could be seen as an Indian child since they are trying to obstruct war in India. He teams up with the holy monk for the risky assignment.
