Jim Garland assigns Gene to be supervisor of the Big Sombrero ranch, for he is busy taking care of business matters with the owner, Estrellita Estrada. She is more stimulated in traveling to America than deal with her Mexican assets. Gene quickly realizes that Garland has a plot to get rid of all the Mexican ranchers and opposes him. Garland’s henchmen then start some cattle stampedes and an avalanche . Gene must put a stop to them.
