The film is based on a popular radio show. Irma is a friendly ditz who is always intruding in the love life of her roommate. This film was Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis’s first duo appearance together and they play juice-bar operators. Martin gets discovered for his wonderful singing voice. Irma’s roommate ends up falling in love with Martin.
