A group of aspiring men want to orchestrate a Broadway show on a shoestring supported by professional thief Harpo. They are not suspicious of his contributions that contain a fish can concealing the Romanoff diamonds . Madame Egelichi, a smoother operator and her collaborators are determined to get a hold of the diamonds , but they are given a hard time by the Marx brothers.
