Willis Newcomb and Bart Carroll are the leaders of an outlaw group bringing American outlaws back to the United States from Mexico. They work from Sharperville, an oil town right by the American side of the border. There they carry the men in oil drums on trucks. Border Patrolman Tom Sharper obstructs one of the trucks but is overthrown, and the guys believe they have killed him. Carroll has already been compensated for the work he is doing and does not want any proof laying around. He is apprehended and pushes the oil drums off the mountain, having the drums fall to a huge rock at the bottom. Judge Cookie Bullfincher and Border Patrolman Roy Rogers organize a search crew for Tom, but the criminals beat them to it, finding him with no memory of what has happened. They go to a bank and steal money to blame it on Tom. Roy has to make things right again by proving Tom’s innocence and stop Carroll with his smuggling.
