Julie Weston and her aunt, Hattie are owners to a candy store in Harlem. Albert Marshall is a rich business man who blackmails the women out of their own store alongside his son Jim. Albert is later found murdered and the list of suspects is long, including Marshall's secretary and a blackmailer.
