Ben Jason is murdered by Morgan and his men after Wyatt informs him that Jason has just found a lost gold mine. Banning and sidekick Rafferty are sent to prison for the murder after they are found on the scene of the murder. They flee from the prison to search for the real killers in order to prove their innocence.
