Barbara Olmstead is an attractive girl but her mind is all over the place. She travels to Mexico City to wed her soldier. She finds out that he is late and quickly goes off to find a hotel. Her soldier, Phil comes after all and does not see Barbara. He quickly goes off to search for her. Troubles arise when American consul David Flanner is caught in their problems, having already a difficult fiancée. He goes crazy with the drama.
