Tom Collier is a lazy ladies man who loves to party, but changes when he encounters photographer Christie Sage. She changes his life and becomes owner of The Bantam, an unconventional magazine that his family disagrees with. Tom and Christie fall deeply in love and when Tom proposes to her, she declines, knowing that she will never feel comfortable with Tom’s lifestyle, but she later feels remorse over her decision. Yet Cecelia Henry has money on her mind and goes after Tom immediately.
