The corrupt manager of a taxicab company is determined to ruin the business of other owners and independent drivers through fights and intimidating them. This does not work when he encounters 'Slip' Mahoney who is driving an independent cab as a favor. He and the rest of the Bowery Boys retaliate against him and his men.
