Roy Rogers takes care of the Rangers Reclamation Service as a Nevada State Ranger Captain. He decides to travel to Las Vegas for the yearly Heldorado Frontier Days Festival, for he want to assist his old pal Gabby Whittaker who started off the festival. In the city of lights, Roy encounters wealthy socialite Carol Randall, who has been voted as the Queen of the Heldorado. Roy finds out the F.B.I. is organizing a fast search on the fake thousand dollar bills that are being used in the casino.
