Jim Parker is a man running from the law and travels to a town controlled by Higgins and a judge. He becomes sheriff after confronting Higgins, but gets shots in the back. He is determined to find the shooter and has to fight from the newspaper office when the gang attacks. Parker will soon find out who is behind the shooting.
